Return Eligibility

The returned products must be kept in original condition, with intact packaging and unused appearance to meet the return approval standards.

Refund Processing
After we receive and verify the returned products meet the return standards, we will initiate the refund procedure. The refund will be fully returned to the customer’s original payment account within the official processing cycle. All refund procedures comply with standardized platform rules to ensure customers’ legitimate rights and interests.
Exception Description
Returns caused by artificial damage, private disassembly of products or missing original accessories will not be approved. We reserve the final right of judgment for product return qualification.
